When I load it, it gives me only users from the Philippines (where I am at the moment). And many of them are new (2 friends, 4 page views, 1 plurk)... several of the profiles are "set to private". Honestly, I see more people I know when I load the random plurkers tab. I think "popular" is really not the right term for that tab. I’ve been wondering about the “popular plurkers” tab myself. If you find it super interesting and want to keep up, respond all the time etc then it would be good to have a "following" tab.
